How to use
- Search — Type any food name in the search bar (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada and Malayalam names supported).
- Explore — Tap a result to see Quality Score, Nutri-Score, full nutrition, cooking variations and pairings.
- Log — Add foods to your daily log via Smart Logger or manual entry — track calories, protein, fat & carbs.
- Review — Check your daily narrative, weekly patterns and next-meal recommendations.

Eatensity's food database is built from multiple trusted sources to ensure comprehensive coverage of Indian foods:
- IFCT — Indian Food Composition Tables — 200 staple Indian foods with regional names in 6 languages.
- Kaggle Indian Dishes — 149 traditional Indian dishes with carbon footprint data across 11 categories.
- Open Food Facts — Community-maintained database of branded food products available in India.
- USDA FoodData Central — US Department of Agriculture foundation foods for international coverage.
